1. Safe sleep in a lay flat position
   The Active Lay Flat™ feature ensures safe and comfortable sleep while driving, automatically moving to an upright position in the event of an accident. It's unique in the market. Please note that installation with the BeSafe Beyond Base is required to use this feature.
2. Carry handle
   Carry the seat outside the car with ease. You can easily operate the carry handle with one hand only. Carry handle also function as a safety during a collision as it protects your baby from hitting the car interior.
3. Space to grow
   We have designed the seat to create enough space for your growing baby. All the way up to approximately 18 months (87 cm). You easily adjust the seat by removing extra cusions and raising the headrest as your little one grows.
4. Rotation for easy access
   The seat can rotate from side to side when placed on the ISOfix base. This feature provides easy access from the car door when placing your baby in the seat, protecting your back and making it comfortable for the little one to get buckled up.
5. Peekaboo sun canopy
   A low-reaching sun canopy designed to protect your baby from the sun and weather. You can easily adjust the canopy on each side depending on the direction of the sunbeams. The peekaboo function is perfect for quickly checking on your baby without disturbing their sleep.
6. Install with belt or ISOfix
   For maximum flexibility you can either install the seat with ISOfix using the base, or with the car internal belt through the belt routing.
7. Certified for usage in airplanes
   This seat has been approved for usage in airplanes by TÜV Rheinland. In their internationally recognized test protocol, the seat is tested with a 2-point belt installation in a frontal impact of 50 km/h and has to stay intact to keep the baby safe.

The BeSafe Beyond concept is made to last. Its durable materials, combined with a construction that allows for easy repair, extend the lifetime of all Beyond concept products to 15 years. By utilizing the same base for both the baby car seat and the toddler seat all the way from 0-6 years, we reduce the amount of material used during production. 

On top of that, the modular and lightweight design of the concept make it a perfect fit for families, who want to use their seat across multiple cars - whether they own 2 cars or use car sharing services.
